About Us

Home Annexe Ltd is a leading garden annexe supplier with a reputation for creating some of the most desirable self-contained granny annexes and garden homes in the UK. Annexes are single storey, one or two bedroomed dwellings that contain everything you would expect to find in a a house or bungalow.

The name 'granny annexe' may suggest it is for grannies/elderly people, but they are suitable for a wide range of people with different needs.

Building a granny annexe is a big project to undertake - choosing an annexe, getting utilities sorted and preparing the site where the annexe will be situated. If you had to manage each of those tasks yourself and use separate companies, you might quickly be put off building a granny annexe hence why at Home Annexe Ltd we offer a full turnkey service which means we handle every aspect of the process - from an initial site survey, design, planning and building control, project management, foundations & services.
